Return & Exchange Policy – PERFUMMIX

In compliance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, PERFUMMIX adopts the following Return & Exchange Policy. Completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of this policy.

1. General Terms

  • Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 7 days from the date of receipt, unless the product is legally exempt from return.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, including all original accessories.
  • The customer must provide the order number when requesting a return or exchange.
  • A return/exchange shipping label will be issued within 48 hours after the request is approved.

2. Return Policy

  1. PERFUMMIX shall bear all shipping costs in the following cases:
    • Delivery of an incorrect product.
    • A proven manufacturing defect.
  2. If the return is requested without any fault on the company’s part, the customer shall bear the shipping costs, in accordance with Ministry of Commerce regulations.
  3. The customer is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company personally or through an authorized representative.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • In the case of exchanging the full invoice or part of it, the customer shall bear shipping costs both ways.
  • Any price difference between exchanged products will be calculated accordingly.
  • Any refundable amount will be processed after the returned shipment reaches PERFUMMIX and is inspected, within a period not exceeding 14 business days.

4. Returns & Exchanges via Tabby / Tamara

  • For orders paid via Tabby or Tamara, a processing fee may be deducted in accordance with the financing provider’s policy, up to a maximum of 7% of the total product value.
  • Refunds will be processed through Tabby or Tamara platforms according to their applicable terms and conditions.

5. Return & Exchange Procedures

  • The customer must deliver the shipment to the nearest branch of one of the approved shipping companies
  • (Aramex – SMSA – RedBox).
  • Any promotional package, discount code, or voucher used will be automatically canceled if a full or partial return or exchange is made.

6. Product Return Method

  • If the product was delivered by a PERFUMMIX courier, the customer must contact us via WhatsApp or email listed on the homepage.
  • If the product was delivered through an approved shipping company, the customer must use the same shipping company after requesting a return label from PERFUMMIX.
  • Refunds or exchanges are calculated based on the purchase value stated on the invoice.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Non-Returnable Items (As per Ministry of Commerce Regulations)

  • Products that have been used or opened in a way that prevents resale.
  • Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened (such as perfumes after use).
