First: Payment Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
PERFUMMIX provides secure and approved electronic payment methods within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including:
- Debit and credit cards (Mada, Visa, MasterCard)
- Buy Now, Pay Later services (Tabby / Tamara)
- Any other payment methods announced by the store in the future
2. Payment Terms
- All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
- Full payment must be completed before the order is confirmed and shipped.
- PERFUMMIX reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of:
- Payment failure
- Pricing errors
- Suspicious or unauthorized transactions
3. Payment Security
- All payment transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
- PERFUMMIX does not store or retain customers’ bank card or payment details.
4. Payments via Tabby / Tamara
- Payments made through Tabby or Tamara are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
- In case of cancellation or return, refunds will be processed through the same payment method in accordance with Tabby or Tamara policies.
- Processing fees may apply as determined by the financing providers.
Second: Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage
- Delivery services are available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only, unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping Companies
Orders are shipped through approved courier companies, including but not limited to:
- Aramex
- SMSA
- RedBox
- Or any other courier company approved by the store
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on the destination city and the courier company, and usually ranges between 2–7 business days.
- Delivery time does not include:
- Fridays and Saturdays
- Official public holidays
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed to the customer clearly before checkout.
- PERFUMMIX reserves the right to adjust shipping fees based on courier rates or promotional offers.
5. Delivery Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- PERFUMMIX shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect address details
- Customer unavailability or non-response
- In such cases, the customer may be required to bear reshipping costs.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- In the event of a delayed or lost shipment, PERFUMMIX will follow up with the courier company until the issue is resolved.
- If the shipment is confirmed lost by the courier company, the customer may choose between:
- Reshipping the order, or
- Receiving a full refund, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Third: Order Receipt
- An order is considered successfully delivered once received and acknowledged by the customer or their authorized representative.
- The customer must inspect the order upon delivery and notify PERFUMMIX within 24 hours if any items are missing or damaged.
Fourth: Policy Updates
PERFUMMIX reserves the right to amend this Payment & Delivery Policy at any time. Updates will be published on the website, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of such changes.
